Feetstudio Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 March 2026
1. Data controller
Feetstudio privacy requests are handled through [email protected] and [email protected].
This Privacy Policy explains how Feetstudio processes personal data in connection with portrait uploads, generation requests, payment processing, moderation, download delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
2. Categories of data processed
Feetstudio may process: uploaded portraits and reference images; generation settings such as pose, orientation, and options; generated 4K collection images; checkout and transaction metadata; technical request data required for security and routing; local browser storage and session storage; and compliance or moderation outcomes.
Where payment, hosting, CDN, security, or marketing technologies are enabled, certain technical identifiers, device information, cookies, and connection metadata may also be processed by Feetstudio or its service providers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Feetstudio processes data to perform the contract with the user, including delivering generations, validating purchases, maintaining credits, and making generated files available for download.
Feetstudio also processes data for legitimate interests, including adult-only moderation, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, service security, legal defense, limited performance monitoring, and enforcing contractual restrictions.
Where legally required, certain tracking or marketing technologies rely on user consent or the settings implemented on the site.
4. Adult-only moderation and compliance checks
Uploaded source portraits may be checked through automated compliance tools in order to reject portraits that appear to depict minors, multiple people, no clear face, or ambiguous youthful-looking faces.
Feetstudio may store limited moderation metadata such as result, confidence, reason, timestamp, and session reference for compliance, fraud prevention, and legal defense. Feetstudio does not rely on the user declaration alone.
5. Recipients and subprocessors
Feetstudio may share strictly necessary data with infrastructure and service providers involved in hosting, image generation, payment processing, content delivery, security, moderation, email delivery, and debugging.
Depending on the active configuration, this may include hosting/CDN providers such as Cloudflare, payment processors, and AI generation providers used to produce the requested output.
6. International transfers
Some Feetstudio providers may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. This can include temporary image processing, content delivery, security tooling, AI generation infrastructure, and payment-related services.
Where such transfers occur, Feetstudio relies on the transfer mechanisms made available by the relevant provider and applicable law, including contractual safeguards where appropriate.
7. Retention
Uploaded portraits and reference files are stored only for the time needed to validate the request, perform moderation, generate outputs, troubleshoot short-term issues, and deliver the service. Temporary files may be deleted automatically after short retention periods.
Generated collection images may be stored to make account history, download, and re-download available. Payment metadata, transaction evidence, consent confirmations, and moderation logs may be kept longer where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute management, or legal obligations.
Local browser storage and session storage may also be used on the user device to preserve the portrait, pose, orientation, and consent state across navigation. Generated Collection history is associated with the signed-in Feetstudio account.
8. Cookies, local storage, and pixels
Feetstudio uses technical browser storage needed for core operation, including restoring uploaded portraits, remembering selections, maintaining session state, and preserving certain checkout or generation states.
If analytics, advertising, or conversion pixels are enabled in the environment, corresponding technologies may also set or read identifiers in the browser. The exact technologies depend on the active site configuration at the time of use.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal data. You may also request information about the processing carried out by Feetstudio and its subprocessors.
Requests can be sent to [email protected]. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL or another competent supervisory authority.
